2.Product Research & Development
Product development department is responsible for Ski Clothing product & process development of ordered sample or trial order design. We often use white cotton cloth to make three dimensional pattern trimming and cutting based on customer' product drawings and technical requirements, then your design styles and requirements can be quickly realized with nice fitting before the real fabric sample put into production.
3. Raw Fabric Inspection & Preparation
Fabric inspection before cutting and production is the first step to ensure product quality. The qualified fabrics and auxiliary materials are strictly controlled before production through our inspection staff by professional fabric inspection machine. The automatic fabric spreading machine and cutting machine is the standard configuration in our factory to realize the fabric cutting with effectively and efficiently.
4. Ski Clothing Production
BOWINS Garment factories are equipped with multi-functional automatic template machines to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, save product cost and shorten delivery time in the Ski Clothing sewing processes at the same time. The extensive applications of CNC template machines, computer pattern machines are very helpful for the Ski Clothing consistency and standardization as per our customer requirements. 5. Seam Taped Manufacturing Process
Seam taped manufacturing process is very important to make functional clothing waterproof clothing even through machine washing many times. We apply the HH brand hot air seam sealing machines made in HongKong for seam taped manufacturing process to ensure functional garment in 100% waterproof condition, so the holes from the stitching can be covered to keep out of the water immersion through the seams. Our QC technicians are responsible for hydraulic pressure testing and data collection to ensured whole clothing 100% waterproof and achieve the customer's standard for water pressure. Automatic pattern sewing machines are also applied for label or logo sewing, vecro and patching sewing, etc.
6. Automatic Production Line
Functional clothing is often made with many pieces of different fabrics to realize different functions such as waterproof, high visibility, protection and safety, silence, multi functional pockets, etc. So the automatic production line is specially engineered to make the complex garment production processed into many subsided processes by our professional engineers. The automatic production line changes the traditional production mode, it can transfer semi-finished clothes of each process to the next process according to the defined cycle time. The application of the automatic production line greatly decrease management cost, control the production inventory, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality and shorter delivery time, etc.
