This Womens Ski Wear is made with 100% polyester dobby fabric with TPU lamination or PU coating 10,000mm/m², 10,000g/m²/24h DWR that can be lower or higher. This Womens Ski Wear is full of sealed seams to keep moisture out, The lining of Womens Ski Wear is made with 100% polyester soft padding that can keep you warm., quilted with lining.Weight 100gm on body and sleeve,40gm padding on hood.
Lining (1): 100% polyester brush tricot, used at upper body, inside collar and pocket bags.
Lining (2): 100% polyester taffeta, 210T, W/R, used on sleeve, hood and lower bottom.
Lining (3): 100% polyester taffeta, 210T+ PU coating+W/R,used at snow gaiter.
Lining (4): 100% polyester mesh, soft hand feel, used at goggle pockets.
Lining (5): 100% nylon lycra, about 220gm/m2 in black,used at inner cuff.

Cuffs and hem are adjusted by velcro or elastic string to prevent snow from entering into the sleeves and body, and the elastic lycra cuffs can make you       feel comfortable during your skiing,Inside snow gaiter with Non-slip rubber band and snap buttons that can effectively prevent snow from entering,The storm hood of this Womens Ski Wear is also 3-way adjusted by elastic string that can fit your head and removable . 3 waterproof zippered pockets on the chest and bottom with tricot warm fabric inside. 4. Ski Clothing Production

5. Seam Taped Manufacturing Process

Seam taped manufacturing process is very important to make functional clothing waterproof clothing even through machine washing many times. We apply the HH brand hot air seam sealing machines made in HongKong for seam taped manufacturing process to ensure functional garment in 100% waterproof condition, so the holes from the stitching can be covered to keep out of the water immersion through the seams. Our QC technicians are responsible for hydraulic pressure testing and data collection to ensured whole clothing 100% waterproof and achieve the customer's standard for water pressure. Automatic pattern sewing machines are also applied for label or logo sewing, vecro and patching sewing, etc.

 

6. Automatic Production Line

Functional clothing is often made with many pieces of different fabrics to realize different functions such as waterproof, high visibility, protection and safety, silence, multi functional pockets, etc. So the automatic production line is specially engineered to make the complex garment production processed into many subsided processes by our professional engineers. The automatic production line changes the traditional production mode, it can transfer  semi-finished clothes of each process to the next process according to the defined cycle time.
