Audited Supplier Winter Camouflage Clothing is a multi-functional jacket for different hunting sports. The shell fabric of the jacket is 100% polyester camouflage brushed tricot with TPU lamination 10,000mm/m², 10,000g/m²/24h DWR that is waterproof and silent. The winter camouflage clothing with this kind of fabric can keep the hunter dry and warmer even facing sudden rain down. The lining is 100% polyester tricot which has high performance for stretchy which can make the wearer/hunter feel comfortable when action. The shell fabric of the inner jacket is 100% polyester camouflage 380T taffeta with DWR and cire treatment. The padding of the inner jacket is 80g-120g 100% polyester insulation which is very soft and warm. The camouflage patterns can provide a hidden environment for the wearer to confuse the vision of the prey.
The CF zipper of the winter camouflage clothing is YKK plastic zipper with a snap-flap to stop rain and wind. Hood is detachable via nylon zipper and adjustable via elastic rope. Waist and bottom are also adjustable via elastic rope. Cuff is adjustable via verclo and elastic straps. The outer jacket has 8 pockets to ensure enough space for hunting sports, including 2 chest magnet pockets, 2 waist flaps pockets, 2 waist zipper pockets, 1 inside mesh pocket, and 1 big game pocket on the back. The inner jacket is a reversible that can be connected to the outer jacket via nylon zippers. Cuff and bottom of the inner jacket is rib material that is very comfortable for wearer. 4.Hunting Clothing Production

5. Seam Taped Manufacturing Process
Seam taped manufacturing process is very important to make hunting clothing waterproof clothing even through machine washing many times. We apply the H&H brand hot air seam sealing machines made in HongKong for seam taped manufacturing process to ensure functional garment in 100% waterproof condition, so the holes from the stitching can be covered to keep out of the water immersion through the seams. Our QC technicians are responsible for hydraulic pressure testing and data collection to ensured whole clothing 100% waterproof and achieve the customer's standard for water pressure. Automatic pattern sewing machines are also applied for label or logo sewing, vecro and patching sewing, etc.
6. Automatic Production Line
Hunting clothing is often made with many pieces of different fabrics to realize different functions such as waterproof, high visibility, protection and safety, silence, multi functional pockets, etc. So the automatic production line is specially engineered to make the complex garment production processed into many subsided processes by our professional engineers.
